Personal data processing policy
What data may be processed
- client name, phone number and selected communication language;
- selected service, staff member, booking date and time;
- chat identifier and source channel: Telegram, MAX, WhatsApp or another connected messenger;
- comments, wishes and files that the client sends in chat;
- when Adel Safety is connected, pseudonymized technical client identifiers and risk signals: plain names, phone numbers, conversations, photos, addresses and attachments are not stored in Adel Safety.
Why this is needed
- create, confirm, reschedule or cancel a booking;
- send reminders and booking change messages;
- pass a question to a staff member and keep the request history;
- avoid offering occupied time and respect local safety restrictions.
If you leave contact details for a consultation about connecting Adel-CRM, these details may be used, with your consent, to contact you, prepare a proposal, agree terms and send informational and advertising messages about Adel-CRM and related services.
You can opt out of advertising messages at any time by replying in the same communication channel or emailing info@adel-crm.ru. After opt-out, advertising messages stop.
Data of salon clients stored in commercial CRM workspaces is not used by the Adel-CRM project for its own advertising.
Storage period and place
Data is stored in the CRM for as long as it is needed for booking, client support, legal duties and internal records of the service owner. Request files may be deleted after a reply if they are no longer needed.
Client rights
The client may request correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and may withdraw consent through the showcase owner contact or through the channel where the booking was created.
Consent to personal data processing
If you leave contact details for a consultation about connecting Adel-CRM, consent also includes using these details to contact you, prepare a proposal and send informational and advertising messages about Adel-CRM and related services. By pressing the contact sharing button or sending a phone number, name, comment or file to the booking bot, the client freely and knowingly consents to processing this data for booking and related communication.
- collection, recording, storage, correction, use and deletion of data are allowed;
- data is used only for booking, notifications, consultation, support and CRM operation;
- if the service owner has connected Adel Safety, data may be transferred to Adel Safety for safety checks and risk warnings; Adel Safety stores it in pseudonymized form, for example as a cryptographic phone identifier that cannot be read as a phone number but can be matched with a repeated request from the same client;
- if the client does not send a phone number, the booking is not completed in the bot.
Consent may be withdrawn. After withdrawal, the service owner stops processing except where storage is required by law or needed to protect rights and confirm completed actions.
